Silur Clinic – Prepayment Policy

To secure a date for your intervention at Silur Clinic, patients have the option to make a prepayment.

Booking and Scheduling:

• Once the prepayment is made, the patient may select and confirm the date for their intervention.

• Patients are allowed to change their intervention date up to 30 days before the scheduled procedure. Changes requested less than 30 days before the procedure will result in the loss of the prepayment, which will not be refunded.

Refund Policy:

• Prepayments are refundable within 30 days from the date of payment, provided that the intervention is still at least 30 days away.

• If a refund is issued, any costs related to flight tickets booked by the clinic on behalf of the patient will be deducted from the refund amount.

We encourage patients to plan carefully and communicate any changes in a timely manner to ensure full eligibility for refunds or rescheduling.
