Silur Clinic – Prepayment & Booking Policy
To reserve and secure a date for an intervention at Silur Clinic, patients are required to make a prepayment.
Booking Confirmation
Once the prepayment has been received and the surgery date has been confirmed with the patient, the booking is considered finalized.
From the moment the surgery date is confirmed, the prepayment becomes strictly non-refundable.
Rescheduling Policy
Patients may request to reschedule their intervention up to 30 days prior to the confirmed surgery date, subject to availability and clinic approval.
Requests made less than 30 days before the scheduled intervention may result in the loss of the prepayment and require a new deposit to secure another date.
Refund Policy
Prior to confirmation of the surgery date, patients may request a refund within 30 days from the date of payment.
Once the surgery date has been confirmed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including cancellations initiated by the patient.
If a refund is approved before date confirmation, any expenses already incurred by the clinic on behalf of the patient — including flight tickets, accommodation bookings, bank transfer fees, or other related arrangements — will be deducted from the refundable amount.
We encourage all patients to carefully plan their schedules and communicate any requested changes as early as possible to avoid additional charges or loss of the prepayment
